Terms of Sale & Website Use
Last updated: 2 August 2026.
These terms apply when you use MYVYTLS, create an account, build or receive a suggested stack, place an order, or start a subscription. Please read them before ordering and keep your order confirmation for your records.
Who we are
MYVYTLS is a trading name of MYVYTLS Ltd, company number 17312788, whose registered office is 10 Carriers Way, East Hoathly, England, BN8 6AG. MYVYTLS Ltd is the seller and intended Food Business Operator for the Phase 1 service.
Contact us at info@myvytls.co.uk. Complaints and authorised returns should be sent to MYVYTLS Ltd, 10 Carriers Way, East Hoathly, England, BN8 6AG.
Our service
MYVYTLS supplies food supplements in personalised AM and PM packs. Start Personalising provides three editable rules-based starting suggestions; you may remove products or add from the available Build my Stack range. A minimum of four products is required to place an order. Product availability and eligibility remain subject to the suitability, specification, food-information, claims and release controls shown before payment.
MYVYTLS provides general supplement information and a personalised shopping experience. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease and does not replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Seek professional advice before taking supplements if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, are preparing for surgery, or have concerns about interactions, allergies or suitability.
Product information
Please read the ingredients, allergens, directions, warnings and other mandatory product information shown before purchase. Check this information again when the order arrives because supplier information can change. Do not use a product if its packaging or seal is damaged, if it is outside its stated date, or if the information indicates it is unsuitable for you.
We will not substitute a materially different supplement without telling you and, where required, obtaining your agreement. If an item becomes unavailable, we may delay the affected order, offer an alternative for your approval, or refund the affected amount.
Orders and the contract
Your basket is an invitation to place an order. You make an offer when you complete checkout. We acknowledge receipt electronically; the sales contract is formed when we send the order-confirmation email, unless that email explains that further verification is required. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where payment, availability, safety, legal or fraud-prevention checks do not pass, and will refund sums taken for goods not supplied.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate account, delivery and suitability information and for keeping account access secure.
Prices and payment
The full price is shown before you place the order. The agreed commercial model is the selected supplements plus one £10 membership fee per order. The membership fee covers MYVYTLS personalisation, packing and order fulfilment; there is no separate postage charge. The selected supplement prices are the same for a one-time purchase and a subscription.
MYVYTLS is not yet VAT registered. If the VAT position changes, customer-facing prices and legally required VAT information will be updated without changing an existing order retrospectively.
Payments are processed by Stripe. MYVYTLS does not store complete card details. If payment fails, we may ask you to update the payment method and may pause or cancel the affected order or subscription.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews at the frequency and price shown before checkout until cancelled. Before each charge, your account will show the current stack and the next expected billing date where available. Future monthly charges use the then-current agreed stack price and membership fee, subject to any notice and cancellation rights required by law.
You can cancel or manage the subscription through My Account or by contacting info@myvytls.co.uk. Cancellation stops future renewals once effective but does not automatically cancel an order already charged or being prepared. The applicable cut-off and status are shown in your account. We will give any notice required before a material price or subscription change.
Delivery
We deliver to the destinations offered at checkout. Any delivery estimate is an estimate unless we expressly agree a fixed date. Risk passes when the order is delivered to you or a person you identify. Contact us promptly if an order is late, missing, damaged or incorrect so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.
Cancellation and returns
You normally have the right to cancel an online goods contract without giving a reason from the date the contract is made until 14 days after you receive the goods. For a subscription involving regular delivery of goods, the statutory cancellation period generally runs from receipt of the first delivery. To cancel, email info@myvytls.co.uk with a clear statement including your name, order number and the goods concerned.
After telling us you are cancelling, return eligible goods within 14 days to MYVYTLS Ltd, 10 Carriers Way, East Hoathly, England, BN8 6AG. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct return cost. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back.
AM and PM sachets are individually sealed, single-use health products. The statutory right to cancel may be lost for goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once the relevant seal has been broken after delivery. We do not rely on a blanket exclusion merely because a stack is personalised. Unopened and otherwise returnable goods will be handled under your statutory rights.
Where cancellation applies, we will refund the sums required by law, including the standard outbound delivery charge where applicable, using the original payment method and within the legally required period.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
Your statutory rights under consumer law are not affected. If goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or not as described, stop using the affected product and contact us promptly with the order details and, where useful, photographs. We may arrange a replacement, refund or another legal remedy and will cover reasonable return costs where required.
Changes, recalls and safety
We may contact you about an urgent safety notice, withdrawal or recall using the details attached to the order even if you have opted out of marketing. Follow any recall or stop-use instruction promptly.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, failure to follow product directions or warnings, inaccurate information you supply, or events outside our reasonable control, except where the law says otherwise.
Website and intellectual property
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected account information, or infringe another person's rights. The MYVYTLS name, branding, artwork, website content and software are owned by or licensed to MYVYTLS and may not be commercially copied or exploited without permission.
Personal information
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information, including assessment information and order data. Marketing consent is separate from service, security, order, subscription and recall communications.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you also retain any mandatory protections and court rights that apply where you live.
Please contact info@myvytls.co.uk first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Nothing in these terms prevents you using any court, regulator or alternative route available by law.
Model cancellation wording
You may use, but do not have to use, the following wording: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following MYVYTLS order: [order number/items]. Ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” Send it to info@myvytls.co.uk.
